Biman Bangladesh Airlines offers the following tips to help speed your way to an on-time departure:

• Keep your tickets and passport with visa documents handy
• Report to the Biman Bangladesh Airlines check-in counter on-time
• Proceed to the security checks, ensuring you are not bringing any prohibited items with you
• Proceed to our waiting lounge with tickets and passport readily available for collection

It is recommended that you arrive at the airport at roughly three hours before departure. Please contact your departure airport or a local Biman Bangladesh Airlines office during your reconfirmation to check if check-in times materially differ from our suggested three-hours.

The check-in counter closes at least one hour prior to departure, thus it is imperative that you arrive to check-in for your flight On-time. Under an hour, both the flight and baggage check-in are subject to closure. The gate normally closes 20 minutes prior to departure. This could vary depending on your departure airport.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines staffs are trained to provide quick & efficient check-in. If passengers require any special assistance to their departure gates, we will be happy to escort you to the gate. If your travel takes you through Dhaka, Bangladesh for a connection flight, you will be met by representatives to assist you with flight connections upon arrival in Dhaka.
