Wherever you are going, we have taken every possible measure to make this flight comfortable and pleasurable. We take the greatest care to give you a taste of our age-old traditional hospitality of Bangladesh.

We are aware that understanding the customer is most basic factor in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. We are in the website since 1998 and has now engineered another revolution to add a new window of passenger service. Biman now offers a Flexible Price Viewing System through this website. This system, available for international flights, makes inquiries into seat availability and pricing much faster and easier. Customers who will book their seats online instead of going to a travel agent will enjoy 5% commission on the tickets issued by using this website. Through this website, Biman will strive to respond to all of its travelers queries and demands and answer their requests and comments.

Despite difficult times for the worldwide aviation industry, Biman is steadily improving its product and services. Our strides in growth, development and transformation have placed their stamp on the past couple of years. By the end of 2010, another one Boeing 777-200ER and two Boeing 777-200 lease aircrafts will be added in our existing fleet. With this induction, we will be able to increase flight frequencies in our network. The decision to enhance frequencies reinforces the airlines commitment to avail convenient and adequate services to our valued customers. Passengers traveling on Biman route network now will have more choices and flexibilities as a result of additional frequencies.

BimanBangladesh Airlines has always viewed flight safety as its highest priority, which we regard as the single most important element of aviation. Our work in this area in conducted with utmost care and rigor, and we continue to pass successive international examinations successfully. Our Int’l Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) operating certificate, the first and foremost standard of flight safety management in the world and developed under the direction of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), has been renewed to December 2011. The IOSA operating certificate serves as a reference for all national and international aviation authorities on flight safety, and it is also a condition for membership in the IATA, in which we enjoy full membership.
Our management and all our personnel, who are constantly devoted to Biman Bangladesh Airlines, carry the pride of representing our nation throughout the world. Apart from regular schedule services, this year we have successfully carried some 45 thousand record numbers of pilgrims to the Jeddah in 30 days time on the occasion of holy Hajj, the biggest congregation of the Muslim world. Since its inception in 1972, Biman has so far carried 6,56,000 hajj pilgrims to the holy shrines of the Saudi Arabia.

As we are stepping into the 40th glorious year of service, we owe a debt of gratitude to those that have stayed by our side and given their trust and support on this journey.
