Information for Refund:

1. Booking completed on biman-airlines.com can be refunded using the Biman prescribe form. Please download Refund Request Form.
2. Completed Refund request form is required to be e-mailed to iberefund@bdbiman.com
3. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
4. Standard refund terms and condition will apply. Refund request is subject to cancellation fee and other charges if any.
5. Refund will be processed by Biman Bangladesh Airlines immediately. It may take up to 02 billing cycles to appear on
your credit card statement and is subject to the card issuing bank.
