We are always committed to continuous improvements in service. To this end, we have just recruited more than three hundred new bright, young staff for service up gradation.

We have also added new features in our dynamic website which now allows you to buy tickets through mobile banking. You can also request for added services like meal selection, seat selection/Advance Seat Reservation. Along with our different online services, we’re offering our rewards program, better known as Frequent Flyer Programme (FFP). Our Loyalty Club programme is refreshingly simple, easy to earn and redeem to complimentary travel and exclusive privileges. You can also avail the chance to upgrade your economy class ticket to Business class by using “option Town” facility. For this all you need is just to go to our web site and follow the instructions.

2017 has been declared as the ”Year of Tourism” in Bangladesh and as one of the major stake holders of the tourism sector, Biman Bangladesh Airlines is poised to expand its wings in the new horizon in this year. Induction of two more Boeing 737-800 aircraft is in the offing.
