Resumption of Delhi & Kolkata Flight Operation from 29 October

Biman Resumes flight to Delhi from 29 October 2020 and Kolkata from 01 November 2020.

All International passengers arriving at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, India must comply with the following procedures in order to avail smooth entry or transit through the country.

 Ø  Thermal Screening shall be done for all passengers.

 Ø All International Arriving passengers must download “Aarogya Setu” Apps.

Ø       Ø All International Arriving passengers must fill up & submit the Self-Declaration form on the online portal at least 72 hours before the scheduled travelLink: www.newdelhiairport.in

**Passengers should keep 2 copies of the “Self-Declaration from” with themselves to produce to state health officials upon arrival.

Ø     Ø All International Arriving passengers are to submit “Self-Reporting form” through “Air Suvidha” online system, any time before boarding. Link:  https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration

Ø    Ø All International Arriving passengers should also give an undertaking on the portal that they would undergo mandatory quarantine:

ü  7 days of Institutional Quarantine at Self cost for international passengers followed by 7 days of home quarantine.

(Provided that, travelers having RT-PCR Negative certificate with 72 hours validity from Origin may apply for exemption from Institutional Quarantine. For availing such exemption the Test report should be uploaded on the portal: www.newdelhiairport.in, for consideration. Each passenger shall also submit a declaration with respect to authenticity of the report and will be liable for criminal prosecution, if found otherwise. It could also be produced upon arrival at the point of entry airport in India.)

ü  Asymptomatic passengers will be permitted to go with an advice for self-monitoring.

ü  Home Quarantine: 14 days for symptomatic passengers.

ü  Only for compelling reasons/cases of human distress such as pregnancy, Death in family, serious illness & parents with children of the age of 10 years or below, Home Quarantine is permitted for 14 days. (for availing such exemption they should apply through the portal: www.newdelhiairport.in, at least 72 hours before  boarding)

Ø    Ø Required RT-PCR Negative certificate from any of Bangladesh Govt. Approved Laboratories with 72 hours validity from sample delivery before travelling to DELHI. (Provided that, International Arriving Passengers must have RT-PCR Negative certificate with 72 hours validity from Origin for availing onward journey both domestic & International)

Ø    Ø In case of a positive result, the passenger will be processed in line with applicable ICMR protocols by the state authorities

     




KOLKATA

All International passengers arriving at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata, India must comply with the following procedures in order to avail smooth entry or transit through the country. 

Ø    ØThermal Screening shall be done for all passengers.

Ø   Ø Required RT-PCR Negative certificate from any of Bangladesh Govt. Approved Laboratories with 72 hours validity from sample delivery before travelling to INDIA. (Provided that, International Arriving Passengers having RT-PCR Negative certificate with 72 hours validity from Origin would be exempted from Institutional Quarantine & will be allowed for entering into India or onward journey.)

Ø     Ø All International Arriving passengers must download “Aarogya Setu” Apps.
