Kindly be advised that effective from 16th January 2021
the following conditions must be met for all
flights to/from DXB or DWC. Changes are highlighted for ease of
reference.
Arriving at DXB/DWC from one of the

UAE residents arriving at
DXB/DWC from above stated countries
All passengers must take two COVID‑19 PCR tests: one before
departure with a validity of 96 hours from the date of the test, and a
second test upon arrival in Dubai.
Tourists arriving at DXB/DWC
from above stated countries
All passengers must take two COVID‑19 PCR tests: one before
departure with a validity of 96 hours from the date of the test, and a
second test upon arrival in Dubai.
UAE National from all countries
arriving to DXB/DWC
All UAE Nationals are Not required to conduct
PCR test before arriving at DXB/DWC , PCR Test on arrival only.
Transit passengers from all
countries arriving at DXB/DWC
All transiting passengers are not required to present a COVID
19 PCR test certificate unless it is mandated by their final destination.

Passengers arriving at DXB/DWC from all GCC Countries
All customers arriving
(originating) from GCC countries have the following 2 options available
prior to arriving into Dubai;
1. Customers
can arrive with a Negative COVID-19 test result and will be
allowed entry into Dubai without a test on arrival being necessary.
2. Customers can arrive without a Negative
COVID-19 test result but will be required to conduct a PCR test on arrival.
UAE residents arriving at
DXB/DWC from countries ( Excluded from the list )
All passengers have the option to present a negative COVID‑19
PCR test certificate that is valid for 96 hours from the date of the test
before departure or take the COVID‑19 PCR test on arrival in Dubai.
Tourists arriving at DXB/DWC
from countries ( Excluded from the list )
All passengers must present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test
certificate that is valid for 96 hours from the date of the test before
departure This includes those arriving from UK and
Germany.

For
passengers choosing to conduct a PCR test prior to departure of their
inbound flight they must print Negative COVID19 Certificate in English or
Arabic languages only (No Handwritten Reports). PCR test
conducted no more than 96 hours before departure of flight inbound to
DXB/DWC. Children under 12 and passengers with moderate to severe
disabilities are exempt from PCR.

Tourists with valid visa or visa on
arrival are not required to get any approvals from GDRFA or ICA
Departing from DXB to all countries

All passengers are required to follow final
destination requirements.
