Dhaka-Dubai Evacuation Flight on 3rd July 2020. Passenger List included

As per Bangladesh Govt. Directives and according to the list of Bangladeshi stranded passengers (Certified by MOFA) Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd. will operate the following Non-schedule Evacuation Passenger flight on the Route Dhaka to Dubai 

as per date and timings mentioned below:

DHAKA-DUBAI

BG4147 03JUL DEPARTURE DHAKA 0930 ARRIVAL DUBAI 1230 ( ALL LOCAL TIME) 

 Passenger must produce Re-Entry approval copy issued online by U.A.E authority for issuance of ticket .

(Only Dubai bound U.A.E. resident permit holder will be accepted, passenger with onward connection is not allowed)

 

Aircraft - B737-800

Sell-able : Business Class 10  / Economy Class 145 

 

Ticket Expense:

BDT 43580 BDT including taxes in Economy class. Per adult.

BDT 68840 BDT including taxes in Business class. Per adult.

 

Child ( below 12 years) 75% of the above price.

Infant without Seat ( below 02 years ) 25% of the above price.

 

Free Baggage Allowance ( FBA) : Economy class-20 kg / Business class-30 kg

 ( Within Maximum 2 Piece, where a single piece can not exceed 30 Kg)

Listed passenger can purchase tickets from Biman Sales Offices in Bangladesh effective from 28 JUNE 20. 

 

This evacuation flight will carry Bangladesh Nationals holding Residence Permit of U.A.E as per above list certified by MOFA and Embassy. Passenger must produce Re-Entry approval copy issued online by U.A.E authority for issuance of ticket. Listed Passengers are requested to collect ticket from our sales outlet at Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet by 1700 hours (5pm) / 29 June 2020. After stipulated time no more passenger of same list will be entertained and next list we will be uploaded subject to availability of seats.

 

Ticket will be issued on "first come first serve" basis from the attached list. Office addresses is slso attached herewith. 

 

Passengers must read carefully and follow the following safety directives of U.A.E Government to avail this flight - 


ARRIVAL TO DUBAI AIRPORT

 

1.   FOR RESIDENTS

 

§  Residents pre-book flights through official websites of airlines operating at Dubai airports.

§  Dubai’s General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs organizes the arrival of residents.

§  Returning residents can fly on any of the airlines that have approved flights to Dubai airports.

§  Residents sign a declaration stating their commitment to bear the costs of examination and treatment in the event of contracting COVID-19.

§  Arrivals must complete Health Declaration Form before leaving their destination to ensure that they are clear of any symptoms.

§  All arrivals must register their details on the COVID-19 DXB app.

 

TRAVEL PROCEDURES FROM COUNTRY OF DEPARTURE

· PCR test required

· Pre COVID19 tests for all visitors are completed through ICA certified labs from the departing countries. If the visitors are unable to do the pre-tests at the departing country, they shall be tested on arrival at Dubai Airports. - PCR test taken upon arrival at Dubai airports

o   Ensure arrivals download COVID-19 DXB app

PROCEDURES FOR LEAVING THE AIRPORT

§  Residents must stay home until their PCR test results come out.

§  Obligation to abide by 14-day quarantine for positive COVID-19 cases.

§  Home quarantine possible if the conditions of quarantine are met, according to official guidelines from the COVID-19 Command and Control Centre.

§  Residents who test positive for COVID-19 and are home sharing or live in high-density housing, will be required to be isolated at a facility. Their employer should provide the quarantine facility in accordance with COVID-19 Command and Control Centre guidelines or choose a quarantine facility provided by the government in return for bearing the costs involved.

§  Compliance with all precautionary measures applied in Dubai (wearing masks, maintaining 2m social distance and washing hands regularly)


 

FOR RETURNING RESIDENTS TESTING POSITIVE FOR COVID-19:

· Strict compliance with the procedures set out for positive cases by the COVID-19 Command and Control Centre, including institutional quarantine, home quarantine or hospitalization.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL PROCEDURES FOR DUBAI’S CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS

 

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL PROCEDURES

§  Citizens and residents have freedom to travel to several countries on any of the airlines that have approved flights to and from Dubai airports.

§  Adherence to the measures specified by the destination country upon arrival.

§  Complete Health Declaration Form before departing to ensure travelers are clear of any symptoms.

§  Register details to the COVID-19 DXB app.


 

DEPARTURE PROCEDURES

§  Comply with the official procedures established by the destination country regarding testing and quarantine.

§  Complete Health Declaration Form before departing to destination.

§  Airlines have the right to deny travelers if they display any symptoms of COVID-19.

§  Comply with the official procedures established by the destination country regarding testing and quarantine.
